I started on this around 2008. It's been sitting in my shed unfinished for a while. It's a very rough prototype and needs re-doing since it's very loose. The parts turned out a bit thinner than expected so I need to remake the masters. I don't know when I'll get round to it though so I painted it and added stickers just for this site. Normally I wouldn't have bothered until a made a decent version. The puzzle was made by sculpting lumps of polyurethane resin into the correct shapes and then using silicone rubber moulds. I cast the pieces in more polyurethane resin.
